I can stream using NVENC (H.264) encoder without problem.
Current Behavior
Since version 31, I can't stream anymore to Peertube (I haven't tested other stream services yet) using the NVENC H.264 encoder. Despite OBS claims not packet is lost, I only get an infnite loading on the Peertube live page. Note that using NVENC for recording produces a video file without problem and I can also can stream seamlessly if I switch to software (x264) encoding without changing any other setting. Please also note that I was using NVENC without problem to stream prior to OBS 31.
Steps to Reproduce
Select the NVENC encoder in the "output" setting
Start streaming to Peertube (haven't tested other services)
Live page should only display an infinite load
Switch to Software (x264) encoder
Start streaming
Live should be seamless now
Anything else we should know?
Please excuse the lack of technical detail of this issue. It may overlap other issues I noticed here, I am unsure. I'm available to perform other debugging steps if needed.
