Black tooltips on "Available Workbenches" Preferences section

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start FreeCAD
2. Go to Edit > Preferences
3. Navigate to the Available Workbenches section on the left hand side panel of the dialog and click on it
4. Hover mouse over any of the checkboxes on the right hand side panel of the dialog
5. Expected: tooltips have the same background color as the rest of tooltips
6. Actual: tooltips have a black background color and are not legible
