Notice the text under the Description list item. It's effectively white on white and unreadable.

The screenshot comes from the Create BOM command in the built-in Assembly Workbench. That's probably not the most common command, but the same issue happens on any of the Create Joint commands as well:

Same on the Attachment Editor list elements on the Attachment mode list. The selected item (Plane face in this case) is hardly readable:
