To prepare for the version 1.0.0 QA & release, you gotta do lots of fun fun fun stuff!

Note all the config changes from 0.6.3 beta to 1.0.0
Add those new config options to the setup file
Add new config options & deleted sections to configupdate.py
Add new config options to setup.py
Ensure that a click installer is available in the configupdate.py script
