input data having underscores "_" in the name are not recognized

Taking this workspace as an example: https://github.com/o2r-project/erc-examples/tree/bindings/ERC/Finished/Environmental_and_taxonomic

The input files in line 48 and 1037 both originally had underscore in the filename but were not recognized. Had to remove the underscores but the tool should be able to recognize these cases.
