The URL https://o2r.uni-muenster.de/api/v1/user/0000-0002-0024-5046 exposes the user level even without login. It would be nicer to only do that if the requesting user is logged in and at least admin. Or also "view levels up to own level"? No, that's confusing or also a piece of information.
