The output of geoextent is always WGS84 (EPSG 4326), and currently we only put out the EPSG code.

The tests reflect that

add support to return a proper CRS object via the Python API, see https://www.earthdatascience.org/courses/use-data-open-source-python/intro-vector-data-python/spatial-data-vector-shapefiles/epsg-proj4-coordinate-reference-system-formats-python/
add output options to CLI interface
- EPSG:nnnn (default) - similar to now but with a proper identifier of the code
- WKT, see link above
- PROJ format
