Show Manually Added vs Automatically Added Redirects

I'd love it if I could see which redirects were manually added vs the ones that were automatically created. This would help me keep track of redirects that were intentional vs incidental.

One way to do this would be to add a "Created by" column on the Redirects page that could say the user who created it? If retour created it it could said "Retour" or perhaps say nothing.
