Building linux binaries should be trivial.

Windows as well, possibly.

MacOS. No idea.

MacOS (Big Sur) compiled right out of the box, no changes needed.

ME7Sum (v1.1.1-1-g96228) [Management tool for Bosch ME7.x firmwares]

Usage: ./me7sum [-v] [-i <config.ini>] <inrom.bin> [outrom.bin]
       ./me7sum [-v] [-i <config.ini>] [-r <report.txt>] [-s] <inrom.bin>
