In RapidPro we have https://github.com/nyaruka/rapidpro/blob/master/temba/utils/haml.py which will turn foo.haml when requested foo.html. We need this for overriding smartmin .html templates as .haml files.

Could add option to existing loaders to ignore extension on requested template.
