Add email links to footer

@JPGarCar brought up that we are missing an email option on our footer.

This should exist in our Footer component as two mailto links. Check out the current HackCamp site footer to see what this should look like:

You can look to the external-templates repo code under the HackCamp branches to see how this would be implemented.

Requirements:

• email link to [email protected] with text Email Us
• email link to [email protected] with text Become a Sponsor and add query param to make email subject Sponsorship
