It's that time of year again!

Completion Criteria

Update the rubric as follows:
- Short Answer rubric should range (inclusive) -1 to 4 (per the assessment guide)
- There should be two Short Answer rubrics
Calculate rubric based on this weighing:
Update & add questions and user answers in the 'Applicant Response' panel
- ("How do you intend to grow at cmd-f" is the wrong label, missing the second long-answer question, etc....):
