Taxonomic information is inherent in the catch_fact, individual_fact and other tables, but users would benefit from access to the master species list and associated attributes (taxonomy, non-taxonomic groupings) in order to design their API queries.
@Mak-NOAA , can you test in DEV exposing the taxonomy_dim table. I'm hoping this will be a simple change to the metadatalist.js code (Line 52), but there may be other necessary changes that I'm not aware of.
If this test goes well, I may ask to expose additional dimension tables of interest.
