["af"] = "@function.outer" is too broad in java

Describe the bug
when use "vaf" to select function in java, the first line in next function is incorrectly selected.

To Reproduce
any java file with multiple functions,
run "vaf" on one function, will see the first line in next function is incorrectly selected.

Expected behavior
only current function is selected.
