Show correct seedinglist on tournament and tournamentinfo #14

The rankinglist is from the current date.
The seedinglist is fixed from when the deadline is.

We should be able to show it live uptil the point where the deadline is closed. and then it is frozen as the seedinglist the tournament is using.
