nuxt-bridge not being rendered on server side #509

Module version
"@nuxtjs/vuetify": "^1.12.3"

Describe the bug
Upon page load before hydration, I can see that all vuetify styling / elements are not present.

To Reproduce
https://github.com/stephenjason89/nuxt-bridge

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to localhost:3000
Refresh the page
Notice the page before hydration
See error

Expected behavior
All styles and elements should already be present upon server side rendering
