Are grammar errors considered duplicate errors #277

Lets say we have a grammar error in one section of the UG, and a grammar error in another section of the UG, are they considered two different bugs or one single bug (grammar error)?

If they are different bugs, then what if they are the same type of grammar error?

@benmurphyy given below are our guidelines regarding duplicates. The important question is, can they be fixed independently. If the answer is yes, they are not duplicates.
