Bulk renaming files (indexes) when the thing went worng #4

When we unintentionally skipped a page, all pages indexes get messed.
Increase of decrese indexes to one for certain interval [15, 20] -> [16, 21]

For filename indexed
C90_Flatbed_15 -> C90_Flatbed_16
....
C90_Flatbed_20 -> C90_Flatbed_21
