Broken codecov setup #656
Description
I noticed that our code coverage badge is always showing 0%. The part of our CI action that attempts to upload it fails. I am not familiar with the way we are currently attempting to do it as I've used the codecov/codecov-action on other projects. Any objections to switching to the action?
