Option to output resources directly to Kafka

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently odm2fhir is only able to output resources either to the filesystem or to a FHIR-API.

Describe the solution you'd like
An option to send the resources to a Kafka Broker directly would be nice to go without further workarounds and intermediate steps.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Any alternatives include intermediate steps via filesystem or fhir server.
