I thought about this yesterday, to be able to import and export forms when you creating them. It would probably be JSON format rather than CSV. I can be more descriptive in JSON than I can in CSV. I will add it to 1.0.0pl milestone, if time allows it might be pushed into 1.0.0beta3 instead.
