document how this should be set in the helm chart secret.

may just need to url encode it and be on your way, but could be a good call to document this since AWS likes to add special characters.

Hi! I'd like to work on this documentation issue. I plan to:

Document the process of handling special characters in DB passwords
Include examples of URL encoding for common special characters
Add this to the Helm deployment documentation

Is this the right approach? Happy to adjust based on feedback.
