This appears to be the problem of mastering/burning disc. The block number shown in the error message indicates that something (kernel? booter?) is trying to see data after the boundary of data written to the disc.
I don't know why it wants to see something after the valid region. May be it is trying to see it's an hybrid disc, or something is trying to prefetch something that does not exist on disc, but it's a pure guess.
As the booting continues normally once it goes through the error, it's not damaging but it wastes good 20-30 seconds.
The same happens to the original Clonezilla CD so it's not unique to WCE triage discs.
I've also seen the error not happening to an older CD drive.
It's highly likely a combo of newer faster drives, the media and software (kernel/driver).
