Maxima is not working on Jupyter. #52

Maxima is not working on Jupyter. Once installed, when I run "using Maxima", Jupyter dies. Use Julia 1.3.1

I dug into this a little while ago I didn't make much headway unfortunately. Its a real shame because this feature was one of my favourite when I was using Maxima.jl frequently. I'll take another stab at this in time, but my bandwidth is a little low for this project right now
