Hover over boxes often cover too much of the diagram

Either need to be able to avoid having the hover boxes come up (e.g. you have to right click to get them) or get them to go away somehow. Or they could be small and expandable (e.g. more details open in a new tab if you click on a link). Right now they often cover the whole diagram.
