Helm chart in Docker public repository

@SokratisVidros To ensure seamless integration and accessibility for our case, we propose to publish the Helm chart to a public Docker repository. This will enable developers to easily discover, download, and deploy Novu within their Kubernetes environments. By making the Helm chart publicly available, we can significantly streamline the onboarding process and foster wider adoption of Novu's notification platform.

hi @SokratisVidros We've been using novu community in our product for two months without encountering any functional issues.

However, we ran into a problem when attempting to upgrade our Helm chart to include a new service:

Error: UPGRADE FAILED: failed to create resource: Service "-localstack" is invalid: spec.ports[0].nodePort: Invalid value: 31566: provided port is already allocated

Additionally, when creating a new Argo application to manage our chart, we encountered a requirement to publish this dependency to a public repository.
