This bug reflects here the remaining issues with Arimo, Cousine and/or Tinos mentioned in https://github.com/googlei18n/noto-fonts/issues/498

@marekjez86 I think we can close this bug as notofonts/latin-greek-cyrillic#264 mentioned the design is good as is.
