creating a new bug for the remaining work in Tinos from bug https://github.com/googlei18n/noto-fonts/issues/506

ᴍ U+1D0D is wrong in Tinos Italic, i.e. it shouldn’t have a swash on the left terminal and should be like the uppercase but x-height size, ᴏ U+1D0F could be better, ie. a bit wider, in Tinos

I have attached samples with text from the bug linked above -- pinkish is "original/proto" font and greenish is the Tinos version.
