Numeral with comma as decimalMark requres the comma to input decimal point

Even it can feel contradictory, there is a need to enter the comma when the user types the point. In countries like Spain, where the coma is used as decimal separator, the numeric keypads DONT HAVE COMMA but decimal point! Typing the comma required to move your hand outside the natural position when typing digits.
May be an option can be added to accept the 'periodActAsComma' behavior.
