Support custom tileset URLs

Hello, I was checking the HGTTC and realized it had options to see what items look like in different tilesets, and was wondering if it would be possible to add Udp to the list of tilesets?

First: UDP is an external tileset,
and second it has legal issues.

So i think it cannot be used here.

Currently we only support tilesets from the main repository (specifically these ones). However, it wouldn't be impossible to allow supporting custom tilesets by URL. I've edited this issue to reflect that.
