At the moment nopCommerce has several limitations for working under the terms of using pathBase.

The problem was initially described in this PR. After analysis, we merged it, but later some problems were discovered. We solved some of them, for example, see ticket #7399. But there remains a problem with links within a single page using the element identifier (#id)

It is necessary to find a solution to the problem with links and conduct additional testing.
