LaTeX error

When exporting to LaTeX, the introduction \lor generates a \land, see the example below:
\neg A \lor \neg B & $\land \mathrm{i}_{1}$, 8

This was fixed in #2. The problem is that the release version (jar) is not using the latest source code. I don't have the setup on my computer anymore so if anyone can rebuild and upload the new release, that would be great. @nonilole if you are interested.
