Tinker workflows

Tinker output can contain multiple calculation types and are currently stored as separate run sections. This is not consistent with the nomad workflow idea where there is a one-to-one correspondence between run-workflow. The solution would be to separate the runs into multiple archives and connect them together in a larger workflow.
