Clear Entries Button does not affect Comment Field

Describe the bug
When the Comment Field has text in it and the Clear Entries button is clicked, the Comment Field is not cleared of data.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enter message header data and at least 1 set of bib data for example: 123, 12:34, and IN.
2. Tab down to or click on the Comment field and type a comment like "my comment" and tab out or click elsewhere.
3. Tab down to or click on the Clear Entries button and Click it, and then click the OK button when prompted.
4. See bib entries textbox is now empty, Bib Number field is empty, Time is empty, but Comment field still has data.

Expected behavior
Clicking Clear Entries should clear all data entries that will end up in the body of the message, including the Comment field.
