• Create and implement a No Clocks branded pkgdown template

Should include the following:

• Bootstrap v5
• Custom bslib::bs_theme()
• Custom additional sass
• Support for develop branch vs. main branch deployments
• Added integration with analytics (plausible or google)
• Dark/Light Mode Toggle
• Automate the Authors (Jimmy, Patrick, Company)
• Custom Additional Pages for Reports:
  • covrpage
  • testdown
  • gitdown
  • changelog
• Automate NEWS.md
• Automate CHANGELOG.md
• Automate the _pkgdown.yml's references
• Custom <meta> HTML tags and opengraph settings
• Custom navbar setup with search, intro, reference, articles, tutorials, examples, news, github, social, reports, etc.
• Automate No Clocks, LLC Favicon
• Automate deployment to docs.noclocks.dev sub-domain via github pages
