Use Phonograph or something similar to split up music layers into chunks while loading to use less RAM

i basically hit a roadblock because it keeps throwing "The buffer passed to decodeAudioData contains an unknown content type." at me
if anyone smarter than me wants to continue with this, please feel free. im giving up for now
