[Build] Adding Auto CI/checks and tests

After Issues #21, #22, and #23 are completed get some tests of output going, maybe for WAF based on the examples in the paper
so we can track that results stay the same and validate with literature

Another test we can add, now that there are a bunch of option switches, is to at least make sure that they all run using an automated CI/checks so you don't have to check yourself every time you do something.

@zmoon Do you think the current auto CI/checks are enough to close this for now, or should remain open until we get more progress on checks for all options/switches, if possible. I defer to you on this one.

@zmoon Based on our recent tag-up discussion with @angehung5, once issue #41 is done she can provide you with her Canopy-App running scripts with new inputs, so that you can use them to adapt new and CI checks/tests to the workflow for all model options. Really appreciate this and any notebook you can also make to display outputs.
