Create first visualization that shows a few submission metrics

As a first exercise, create a dashboard card in Kibana that shows one or more of the following metrics:

• number of submission processed
• number of submission running

Another visualization that would be useful is a list of submissions that have been received and sorted from the most recent to the oldest.

Edit: This may not be as difficult as I thought it was, I just didn't spend enough time playing with ELK. I will play with this. I created "NLP dashboard"

@thomasyu888 Can you have a look at how to save the configuration of the dashboard that we create to this stack so that these dashboards are already in Kibana when we deploy the ELK stack, e.g. on another EC2?
