Some improvements that can be done in future releases :

Hyperlink Extraction.
Table of Contents Detection.
Detection (provide bounding boxes) of Graph / Chart Data.
Two Column Layout.
Improvements in Table Detection.

Merged rows / columns.
Missing / Empty cells.
Vertical Texts.
Pseudo Table Detection (sometimes lists are detected as table).
Border-Less Tables.

And sometimes, subparagraphs are detected as "list_item" while thery're actually "header"
