Tag 0.10 missing on GitHub #11

There is a version 0.10 on PyPI: https://pypi.org/project/django-sites/0.10/.
However, no 0.10 in https://github.com/niwinz/django-sites/releases.

The version wasn't updated and pushed to git.

It seems the package has everything till https://github.com/niwinz/django-sites/tree/9402fb9dccaac9421dc9368002bcedbf30e1a36a

but unfortunately we cannot tag it now since the hash won't match with the local changes that were done at that time.

I'm gonna leave this issue open for anyone to see why tag 0.10 isn't available in git.

By the way, 0.11 is released on pypi: https://pypi.org/project/django-sites/0.11/ and tagged on git with https://github.com/niwinz/django-sites/releases/tag/0.11
