A while ago all editorial content was migrated from the API to this code repository:
e68fddf

Since it appears that the in-page scroll is no longer functioning.

Previously when a user clicked on the "?" next to an attribute title for more information, not only would the "Framework & Attributes" page open but the app would also scroll to the attribute.

This was triggered by the "&anchor=classification" query in the URL .

I believe this is now fixed
