I see we're at version 2.1.33 but npm is still at 2.1.30 (2 years ago)

Same problem. If I want to update npm package, I've

npm ERR! code ETARGET
npm ERR! notarget No matching version found for [email protected].
npm ERR! notarget In most cases you or one of your dependencies are requesting
npm ERR! notarget a package version that doesn't exist.
