If I remember correctly the old API will be deprecated on March 2, 2020. I'll make sure to do the necessary changes till mid-February.

I've read the Instagram Basic Display API to see what changes need to be made and I'll start working on it soon. There will be breaking change for sure since the User endpoint is returning fewer fields (no bio, no photo url, etc).

The request for the Long-Lived Token includes your Instagram App Secret so must be made in server-side code, never in client-side code or in an app binary that could be decompiled.
Therefore, I decided to deprecate the library.

To authenticate your app users please use the official Facebook Login.
