How do you guys handle keys you need option for?

Hi,

I use a german keyboard layout. The @ sign, for example, is on the L, so option + L, which is used in the default config.
There are many others, square brackets for example are option + 5,6.
Is there anyone using this Layout aswell, do you just use other keyboard shortcuts? Or is there another way, like maybe temporarily disabling AeroSpace to type?
