Tall Layout and rotAllDown a la XMonad

In XMonad, I typically use the Tall Layout, which has a single window taking up the left half of the screen, and a vertical stack on the right. I have a few questions:

1. Is there a canonical way to replicate this layout in AeroSpace? Such that new windows get moved into the vertical stack when opened?
2. Is there a way of changing the default width? I usually have the main window on the left take up 2/3rds of the width of the screen.
3. Is there a canonical way to implement the rotAllDown command? For reference, this moves the main window to the top of the vertical stack, and moves the bottom window of the stack to be the new main window.

I found a terribly janky way to implement 3:

I noticed that if I already have the windows arranged in the "tall" setup described above then I can achieve the same effect as rotAllDown by selecting the bottom window on the right and calling move left on it 3 times. Hence:

alt-shift-j = 'exec-and-forget aerospace list-windows --workspace focused | tail -n 1 | wc -l | xargs aerospace focus --dfs-index && aerospace move left && aerospace move left && aerospace move left'

With more than 2 windows it looks terrible though. But with 2 windows it looks fine, which is about 75% of my use case anyway.
