- BG numbers older than 20 minute will now have a line through them.

- Gracefully fails when cookies are disabled so the data can be loaded on the page.
- Attempt to bust the cache causing problems for some people who were using the previous site with an overly aggressive caching methodology.

- Shrunk BG number on mobile so it doesn't push the time elements out of view (when the toolbar is collapsed).
