Source List has scrollbars even when it is not required (when using iApp scrollbars)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a browser like user interface
2. Left pane sourcelist, right pane JTable both in scrollpanes created via
IAppWidgetFactory.createScrollPane
3. Set window size to show everything without the need to scroll. When
window is shwon, resize the window a little from bottom right diagonally so
that height is reduced to half. At this point both Horizontal and vertical
scroll bars appear on Sourcelist.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No scrollbars when no content to scroll

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.5 WINDOWS XP, JDK 6_17
