In IE and Chrome when a user clicks the timebox a dropdown with the times appears. If a user tries to click the scroll bar, it closes the dropdown. The same happens if a user tries to interact with the calendar (ex changing months).

I have tried for hours to resolve this bug bug with no luck so far. If I do I will submit a fix.
