Show a message when a user visits the URL of a story that doesn't exist. Currently we just leave the page blank:

sciepsilon added design and removed enhancement labels

Done in 47a026d. We still need to make it look pretty.

We may also want to make a general 404 page, in addition to the current one for stories?
