Support for command line parameters related to the Driver

Right now, you can only support free-form arguments for the Transport. You can't specify anything on the command line for the Driver.

There should be a way to specify driver specific options on the command line.

For example: there is no way to detect on a Siglent scope that MSO is supported, so this needs to be indicated manually.
